Juiicy Apparel and Accessories originally started as a high school project for a teenager living on the south side of Atlanta in 2009. Our founder, Janelle aka Juiicy, noticed a gap in the market for affordable yet stylish clothing needed attention. After COVID she was on unpaid maternity leave and decided to be courageous and open an online boutique.
The purpose of Juiicy Apparel & Accessories is to provide stylish, high-quality fashion for young plus-size women while creating a space where beauty, confidence, and self-expression are celebrated. We are passionate about delivering a unique and uplifting online shopping experience through great offers, reliable service, and fashion-forward pieces designed to make every customer feel seen, valued, and empowered.
Nearly 68% of women in the United States wear a size 14 or above, yet the fashion industry continues to fall short in providing inclusive and accessible options for plus-size consumers. Despite the clear demand, only a small percentage of clothing available in major retail stores is offered in extended sizes, leaving many women underserved. This lack of representation is also reflected in high fashion, where only a limited number of designers create collections above a size 20. These statistics highlight the ongoing need for stylish, quality, and size-inclusive fashion that truly reflects the women who make up the majority of today’s market.
