Return Policy

In order for the item to be eligible for an exchange, please make sure that:

• The item were delivered in the last 7 calendar days
• The product has the original packaging received
• Contact the via email with return tracking number and order details so we can ensure smooth return and refund as quickly as possible 

The following Goods cannot be returned:

• The product made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
• The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
• The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
• The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

After the item is examined from return, the refund will be processed within five to ten business days depending on your financial institution. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

For lost or damaged items:

We offer an insured and trackable mail service to hold carriers responsible for items damaged or lost in shipment. Filing a claim with the carrier will be the next step to ensure all parties are made whole.
